We came back the 2nd time because our first experience with you was so positive and it was only for a recall. You went out of your way to explain other things we needed to know about maintenance, safety and winterizing. You didn’t have to do that and we are so appreciative. We’ll be back.
I am taking this opportunity to thank you for your very hospitable treatment of us when we visited your dealership last month. If you recall we had a problem with our slide out being racked from a blown tire. It was a 2000 Newmar, Kountry Star.
While we didn’t have an appointment nor are we customers you recognized we were on the road heading back to Florida when this unfortunate incidence occurred. You treated us with the utmost concern. You had your service personnel try to repair the unit but parts were needed that were not readily available. Since we had to wait overnight to see if parts could be obtained you allowed us to camp in your lot over night. All this was provided without charge.
The next morning it was questionable how long it would take to obtain the necessary parts so with your suggestion we decided to continue our travels. I’m happy to say we have made it back to Florida without further incidents.
I’m certain Newmar would like to hear about the type of dealer you are so by copy of this letter to Newmar I’m advising them of just how great we feel about the Newmar family.

We have bought three RV's from Aloha, all Cougars. Our needs changed over the years, son grew and grew, and each time we inquired about trading up to a more suitable floorplan for our growing needs, we were treated so well. We never felt pressured. We have also returned to Aloha for service tips, and the technicians there have been excellent consultants for some of the simpler things we can do ourselves. The Aloha service team has gone so far as to help us with a project on our RV, while it was parked at our home. We feel like a part of thier family, and recommend Aloha RV to all we can. So far, between us and extended family, (7) seven RV's have been bought from Aloha.

Thank you for your help on the HWH jack problem. I had all 4 replaced in Denver under warranty and what a difference. From 30 minutes to an hour to 30 seconds to 1 minute.
You were right and the first service manager to tell me that the jacks need replacing. All the rest just serviced them, cost $45-90 and gave me some relief.
I wanted to take a moment to write regarding Chris Osborn who has been in charge of the “Great Refrigerator Handle Hunt” for me. This poor soul has to have been totally frustrated by a pair of geriatrics who ought to go ahead and end it with an overdose of geritol. He was provided with the serial number, model number, and product number for the Dometic handles I needed and proceeded with the order. The order was received (I’ve lost track of how many times) and I (having been totally misled by my demented and over-the-hill roommate of 35 Years) waltzed into your parts department and announced that they were the wrong handles.
Long story short….. Chris went to great effort to try to find the handles I thought I was supposed to have only to have more frustration heaped on his head. I finally asked the demented roommate to take a photo of the handles and email them to me (the rig is in Mexico along with said roommate) and well, would you believe, they’re exactly what Chris ordered…. Big SURPRISE!
Anyway, the point is that Chris handled my dementia with the utmost of courtesy, patience, and humor while this debacle unfolded. I cannot say enough about his great customer service attitude even when the customer is obviously a doofus. He is definitely an asset to Aloha and I wanted you to know that. Please extend my thanks to him for his efforts… I intend to strap the verdammit things to my body while en route to Mexico in effort to keep the airlines from destroying them. My very best to Chris, and you for a wonderful holiday season. I’d say “Aloha”…. But I’m ready for “Margaritaville”!
Thank you so much for taking care of the warranty for us. The RV needed a new transfer box and it was hidden behind one of the cabinets. Talk about an expensive ordeal. We ended up renting a Ford Explorer for the rest of the trip and staying in hotels. The service company needed the RV for 5 days because they had to rebuild a cabinet. The cabinet they had taken out had been “glued” together and bolted from the back. Go figure. The good news I only had to pay $323 for all the labor and materials, the warranty company is going to pay about $2000. Plus they are going to cover my hotel and meals up to $200 a day for those five days. Talk about a warranty service already paying for itself! Wow!
We still went on our trip, just minus the RV. Thanks for all your help that day, it would have been really stressful.
Mr Larson, I want to let you know that I have never been treated as nicely as I was by your dealership. I kept waiting for “the catch” or something to go wrong during my visit. Your entire staff, from the front desk person, to the shop guys were more than pleasant to be around and deal with. You should be proud of your team. Thank you, Stuart Clark

Shane was excellent in demonstrating the king dome operation and explaining the hook-ups and installation. The cost was within reason and I was glad to find out some of it was under warranty.
